Note :

1. Send enclosed admission form with self attached photograph to take admission. Otherwise study material will not be supplied.

2. The fee for the course should be remitted in full either by Money Order or Demand Draft drawn in favor of Career Plus Educational Society, payable at Delhi.

3. The course for which the Money Order is being sent must be indicated in the coupon along with the candidate’s full postal address.

4. The fee can be paid at our office in Delhi as well.

5. After the initial choice of optional subjects at the time of enrolment, change of optional will be allowed only on the payment of extra fee.

6. Any request for the change of postal address, stoppage or resumption of dispatch will be entertained only if requested by a letter signed by the same individual.

7. It is advised to send information of receiving study material. If received material is incomplete, please write immediately to supply that part.

8. Supply of study material will start within ten days of receiving admission form.
